Matt and Kaylene moved to the King Valley over five years ago from Canberra with a passion to educate and promote sustainable food production.They are committed to developing the most efficient technologies in the field of sustainable agriculture. Their passion for food, flavour and educating others started their journey creating spices and sauces which has evolved into a personalised catering business. They both believe that their teaching and web design careers have helped shaped this adventure.

Matt and Kaylene utilise aquaponics to grow produce for their catering business. Aquaponics is an ecologically designed food production method that produces its own nutrients by raising fish to feed plants and uses plants to filtrate water for fish. We combine ecology with our technology to maintain the health of our systems and increase the economic viability of our farm.

We currently operate our farm "Emuvale" in Edi Upper - In the King Valley (North East Victoria) in the shadow of Mount Buffalo. We are growing a variety of plants from kale to basil to use in our sister companies.
